本文报道1例全膝关节置换术后假体周围感染病例,经宏基因组二代测序技术检测明确病原体为停乳链球菌合并细环病毒感染。文章回顾该罕见混合感染的临床表现、诊断过程、治疗方案及预后情况,旨在提高临床对膝关节置换术后特殊病原体感染的认知与诊疗水平。
Abstract:We report a case of periprosthetic joint infection(PJI) after total knee arthroplasty(TKA) in which Streptococcus dysgalactiae and Torque teno virus(TTV) were identified as the causative pathogens by metagenomic next-generation sequencing(m NGS). We systematically review the clinical manifestations, diagnostic approach, therapeutic interventions, and prognosis of this rare coinfection. This study aims to enhance clinical awareness and optimize the management of atypical pathogens infections following arthroplasty.
