对2024年连云港市首例登革热本地病例的调查处置进行归纳总结,为今后登革热防控提供科学依据。方法对该登革热病例开展流行病学调查、采集病例标本进行检测、开展相关病例搜索、应急监测、防蚊灭蚊及健康教育等。结果 病例(封某某)丈夫(刘某某)有明确的登革热高风险地区旅居史,实验室检测登革病毒NS1抗原阳性、IgG阳性、IgM阳性、并有发热、肌肉酸痛、出疹等临床症状,为登革热确诊病例。病例(封某某)临床症状、登革病毒核酸阳性、IgM和NS1抗原阳性,该病例为登革热确诊病例。结论 封某某系经其丈夫(省外输入病例)感染后再经伊蚊叮咬成为连云港市首例本地登革热病例。
Abstract:This paper summarizes the investigation and handling of the first local case of dengue fever in Lianyungang, so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue fever in the future. Methods Epidemiological investigation of dengue fever patients, collection of case specimens for testing, case search, emergency surveillance, mosquito prevention and control, and health education. Results The husband of the case(FengXX)(LiuXX) has a clear history of travel to high-risk areas for dengue fever, laboratory tests(positive for dengue IgG and IgM), and clinical symptoms such as fever, muscle soreness, and rash, establishing a diagnosis of dengue fever Case(FengXX) has clinical symptoms, positive for dengue fever nucleic acid, and positive for IgM and NS1 antigens. Thisis a laboratory-confirmed case of dengue fever. Conclusion FengXX became the first local case of dengue fever in Lianyungang City after being infected by her husband(an imported case from outside the province) and then bitten by Aedes mosquitoes.
