2022—2024年北京经济技术开发区法定传染病疫情分析

目的 分析2022—2024年北京经济技术开发区(北京经开区)法定传染病的流行特征,为该区域的传染病防控工作提供科学依据,并为其他国家级经济技术开发区的疾病预防控制工作提供参考。方法 通过收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病监测系统中北京经开区2022—2024年的法定报告传染病数据,并对数据进行描述性分析。结果 2022—2024年共报告17种法定传染病,平均报告发病率为2 757.38/10万。甲类传染病1例,乙类传染病平均发病率为879.27/10万,丙类传染病平均发病率为1 877.94/10万。不同传播途径的传染病(甲乙类)流行情况:呼吸道传染病(甲乙类)平均报告发病率为840.14/10万,为主要传播疾病。肠道传染病(甲乙类)平均报告发病率为6.02/10万。血源及性传播传染病(甲乙类)平均报告发病率为32.78/10万。自然疫源及虫媒传染病(甲乙类)平均报告发病率为0.5/10万。结论 北京经开区法定传染病报告病种相对集中,呼吸道传染病为防控重点。需重点做好工作场所、学校和托幼场所以及社区场所的防控工作。

Abstract:

Objective This study aims to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area(BDA) from 2022 to 2024, and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of infectious disease in the region, and to serve as a reference for other national-level economic and technological development zones. Methods Data on the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in the BDA from 2022 to 2024 was obtained from the Infectious Disease Monitoring System of the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System. A descriptive analysis was conducted on the dataset. Results A total of 17 notifiable infectious diseases were reported from 2022 to 2024, with an average incidence rate of 2 757.38/100 000. Only one case of Class A infectious disease was reported. The average incidence rate of Class B infectious diseases was 879.27/100 000. The average incidence rate of Class C infectious diseases was 1 877.94/100 000. Epidemic Characteristics by Transmission Route(Class A and B): The average incidence rate of respiratory infectious diseases(Class A and B) was 840.14/100 000, representing the main transmission route. The average incidence rate of intestinal infectious diseases(Class A and B) was 6.02/100 000. The average incidence rate of blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases(Class A and B) was 32.78/100 000. The average incidence rate of natural foci and insect-borne infectious diseases(Class A and B) was 0.5/100 000. Conclusion The spectrum of notifiable infectious diseases in BDA are relatively concentrated, with respiratory infectious diseases being the key focus of prevention and control. It is crucial to enhance public awareness of prevention and control measures to effectively block the transmission of respiratory infectious diseases. Priority should be given to strengthening prevention and control work in workplaces, schools and childcare facilities, and community venues.
