目的 分析2013—2022年北京市丰台区性传播疾病流行特征及趋势,为制定针对性防控策略提供科学依据。方法 收集2013—2022年丰台区报告的梅毒、淋病、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染、尖锐湿疣和生殖器疱疹5种性病的病例资料,采用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2013—2022年丰台区共报告上述5种性病病例9 306例,年均报告发病率为40.76/10万,年均增长率为2.27%,报告发病率总体呈显著上升趋势(P <0.05)。其中,梅毒病例数最多(4 668例,占50.16%);其次为尖锐湿疣(1 718例,占13.73%)。梅毒病例中以隐性梅毒为主,占全部梅毒病例的69.02%,且其报告构成比在10年间呈显著上升趋势(P <0.05)。性别分布方面,男女病例比为1.41:1,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。报告病例主要集中在20~49岁年龄组(70.33%),职业以家务及待业人群为主(48.18%)。在地理分布上,卢沟桥街道报告病例数最多(1 335例,占14.35%)。结论 北京市丰台区性病发病总体呈上升趋势,防控形势严峻,建议加强对重点人群和重点地区的性病防治工作,扩大梅毒等性病的筛查监测范围,以有效遏制性病的传播。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trends of sexually transmitted diseases(STDs in Fengtai District, Beijing, from 2013 to 2022, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of targeted prevention and control strategies. Methods Data on five types of STDs(syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia trachomatis genitalinfection,condyloma acuminatum, and genital herpes) reported in Fengtai District, Beijing, from 2013 to 2022 were collected. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis. Results From 2013 to 2022, a total of 9 306 cases of the five STDs were reported in Fengtai District. The annual average reported incidence rate was 40.76 per 100,000 population, with an annual average growth rate of 2.27%. The overall reported incidence rate showed a significant upwardtrend(P <0.05). Among the reported cases, syphilis was the most frequent(4 668 cases, 50.16%), followed by condyloma acuminatum(1 718 cases, 18.46%).Latent syphilis constituted the majority of syphilis cases(69.02% of all syphilis cases), and its proportion increased significantly over the ten years(P <0.05). The male-to-female ratio of cases for the five STDs was 1.41:1, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Most cases(70.33%) occurred in the 20-49 age group. Patients primarily reported occupations as domestic duties and unemployment(48.18%). Luogouqiao Subdistrict reported the highest number of cases(1 335 cases, 14.35%). Conclusion The sexually transmitted disease epidemic in Fengtai District is on the rise, and controlthe situation is severe. We should continue to strengthen the prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases in key populations and areas, and expand the screening and monitoring scope of diseases such as syphilis to effectively curb the spread of these diseases.
